We celebrated the holiday season by creating Wycinanki's! Wycinanki is the paper cutting craft of Poland. The designs are created by folding the paper and cutting out the shapes from 2 layers of paper with an x-acto knife- you end up with a symmetrically balanced design. The Polish like to do what they call the "tree of life" so we decided to adapt this idea and do Christmas trees. We had a lot of fun.
